  • Owned, developed, and leased by CBK Interests in partnership with Saber Street.
  • Designed by Kirksey Architecture and under construction by Tellepsen
  • Prominent core location at the corner of I-10 and Campbell Road in the heart of Spring Valley Village
  • CBK Interests and Saber Street delivered the certificate of occupancy for the entire building and its interiors in January 2023
  • Kelsey-Seybold Clinic opened its clinic and ancillary services for business on the 1st-4th floors on August 8, 2022

Creekside Medical Office Building – Phase I

Project Details:

  • Phase I of a master site spanning 4.685 acres features a 45,505 RSF 3-story medical office building development.
  • This development, owned, developed, and pre-leased by CBK Interests in partnership with Saber Street, Prescriptive Capital, and Genesis Medical Group, boasts an impressive 80% prelease to Genesis Medical Group, a prominent multi-specialty physician and ancillary services practice with over 15 locations serving the Houston MSA and nearby markets.
  • Designed by BBW Architects, Inc. and constructed by Arch-Con Corporation, this facility is strategically located in the affluent Creekside area, often referred to as the heart of The Woodlands, TX.

Hedwig Place

Houston, Texas

Project Details:

  • A 102,774 RSF 5-story medical office building, complete with a 6-level structured parking garage. It boasts an appealing lineup of tenants, such as Texas ENT Specialists and Memorial Plastic Surgery.
  • CBK Interests has been engaged from the project’s inception and has recently participated in a joint venture alongside Saber Street and Virtus Real Estate Capital.

Nexus Specialty Hospital

Dallas, Texas

Project Details:

  • An 86,880 SF long-term care hospital specializing in pediatrics,  fully leased to Nexus Health Systems, Inc. for a term of 15 years.
  • This property was purchased by CBK Interests and Saber Street in June 2022.

1727 Old Spanish Trail

Project Details:

  • A proposed healthcare facility is set to rise within the world’s largest medical complex, boasting multiple curb cuts for access from Old Spanish Trail and Fannin.
